These people stole my RV. It broke down close to their scrap yard with minor issues. I left it for 6 hours on the side of the road. I returned the next morning to fix it and it was gone. I followed the drag marks from the dual tires on the rear end and discovered that they drug into their scrap yard just far enough around some trees where I could barely see it by standing on a pile of gravel outside the fence. I called the local police. They identified the vehicle and told me it was a civil matter and that it was my word against theirs that it wasn't sitting on their property and Carter's requested $250 to return it. And I need to take them to civil court. Well my wife and I are homeless and this was supposed to be our new home getting us on our feet so I could go back to work. a place to live getting us off the street and out of our car. A safe place for her while I was at work. I don't have the money to pay court or Carter's. I guess I'm screwed. We don't get food stamps or hand outs. I work for everything we get. This is a crime. And they are thieves. Do yourself a favor and do your business somewhere else.

DERRIC CARTER & Carter's Quality Used Tires are a joke! Messaged him for a week about a used rearend for a Titan he had and was promised it was good! Drive 3 1/2 hours to pick it up. Get back and put it in. Load and behold it's junk too! Asked for a refund and got told he didn't do that! This would be the first place I've done business with that doesn't! Don't buy anything from these scam artists. They were asked for a receipt and was even denied that as well. Don't see the problem with issuing the check and dropping it in the mail!!

DO NOT BUY A TIRE HERE!!! I purchase a tire from here and in 8 days it blew up on the highway. The police officer that showed up to the scene said we were lucky we had no fatalities. He was astonished that they had sold me this tire. He advised me that I should demand a refund. When I went in the ladies at the counter laughed at me, and were VERY RUDE. The woman at the counter also told me that I had waited too long to bring in the tire . Even though they close early on Saturday when the incident had happened , and are not open on Sundays . I went in that following Monday . When I bought the tire the woman said that some of the tires may not have been inspected thoroughly and if I had a problem they would take care of it. But as you can tell they didn't take care of the issue. I simply ask for the refund of the tire not the cost of putting the tire on. I was told this tire should last me about 2 years not 8 days.
